96/366: the blurry stare

I hadn't intended for this to be my shot for the day, but it's the only one I wound up taking of myself all day. I was just testing out the lighting sans flash. I got much better shots of my friends than myself.

I was out celebrating a few Aries birthdays of friends that are happening this week and next.

Doing that thing where you follow the spouse around while they shop and you're just along for the ride.

I realized today just how much I don't know about women's handbags. E could spot a cheap one at twenty paces. I saw alot that were obviously just plain ugly, but the more nuanced differences escaped me.

J. started laughing because T. started making weird gestures with his hand in front of the camera just as the shutter clicked. Then he had to keep it waving there because of the length of the exposure, which made it even funnier. Yeah, it's one of those things you had to be there for to appreciate...

It's that time of year when the heat might not be on, it's warming up outside but still slightly cool and the sun coming through an unshaded window is good and warm.
