Waiting for an item to be brought out from the furniture pick-up area at Ikea. We'd seen a bathroom medicine cabinet that we liked which was on sale. In order to get it, we had to pay for it first, take the receipt to this area and wait for up to 7+ minutes for the staff to bring it out.
A good service that could be bit more efficient if the staff talked a little less amongst themselves.

i have to say that i LOVE ikea. store to store of course, service varies. i even worked as a cashier there for a short time. my intentions was to move up into the interior design dept - but i got bored very quickly on cash and quit!
