116/366: mmmm...cheeeeese...
Just a bit of a snack. Having a bit of cheese is one of those things that just makes me happy. Now, if I could only master eating just a little bit of Manchego at a time. Wait, there is no such thing as eating a little bit of Manchego cheese. I wish I could have had some tonight, but the cheddar I had held it's own.

111/366: *honk*
Yep, my allergies are hitting me. Not too bad just yet, but annoying enough. As soon as my right eye starts itching, I know I'm in for a couple of weeks of sneezing.
The most diffictult thing to do is restrain from rubbing my eye. I picked up the idea of using cool water on a towel or rag to alleviate the itching sensation.

We were at a friend's place for a baby shower this afternoon. After arriving a little early, we spent some time hanging outside until more guests started showing up.
In the meantime we amused ourselves, or rather my wife amused herself as I took pictures...

108/366: bright skies
First day of being able to sit outside at the studio! My excitement doesn't show here, but I was transfixed by the beauty of the cloudless and seemingly endless blue sky.

Today was the first time in a long while that I had the pleasure of actually coming home from work, laying down and taking a nap on the couch.
There's a lack of surfaces in our place so, most often, the couch is used to hold something or another. E cleaned up a bit so I took advantage, reveling in being able to stretch out on it for a bit.

102/366: almost feeling it
Today was kind of 'iffy' for me. Doing my taxes at the last minute just sapped the joy out of me (as if dealing with taxes at any time is so much fun).
It was beautiful out most of the day, but I had to be inside. Luckily, we did get out in the evening to have dinner with friends as part of a birthday celebration.

100/366: milestone
100 days and counting. I thought I was going to do something special in honor of reaching this milestone. It turns out that I had just enough time to take a shot in the studio before coming home.
I just didn't have the time nor inclination to go through setting up a posed shot. I'm fine with that. The most important thing for me is to keep taking photos, period.

96/366: the blurry stare
I hadn't intended for this to be my shot for the day, but it's the only one I wound up taking of myself all day. I was just testing out the lighting sans flash. I got much better shots of my friends than myself.
I was out celebrating a few Aries birthdays of friends that are happening this week and next.

Doing that thing where you follow the spouse around while they shop and you're just along for the ride.
I realized today just how much I don't know about women's handbags. E could spot a cheap one at twenty paces. I saw alot that were obviously just plain ugly, but the more nuanced differences escaped me.
94/366: friends
J. started laughing because T. started making weird gestures with his hand in front of the camera just as the shutter clicked. Then he had to keep it waving there because of the length of the exposure, which made it even funnier. Yeah, it's one of those things you had to be there for to appreciate...
